Care Information
'Red Velvet®' is aptly named for its soft, velvety red burgundy leaves. Its color is more pronounced when kept in high light. From early Spring through Summer, 'Red Velvet®' Echeveria produces yellow, red to orange flowers, and may bloom more than once a year. Their fleshy leaves retain water for the plant's survival during dry spells. Can be planted outdoors in temperate to warm climates. Can take full sun. Its spreading branches are a lovely addition to a rock garden. Pinch off dead flowers.
